Terms and Conditions

2.1 "Platform"

Refers to the DeFy Tickets website, mobile applications, and all services provided by DeFy Tickets.

2.2 "User"

Refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, including ticket buyers, event organizers, and visitors.

2.3 "Event Organizer"

Refers to any individual or entity that creates and lists events on the Platform.

2.4 "Ticket"

Refers to the digital token that grants the holder access to an event.

2.5 "Digital Collectible"

Refers to the post-event digital asset that a Ticket may transform into, containing exclusive content related to the event.

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, particularly if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also request to delete your account at any time, subject to any outstanding obligations.

4.1 Ticket Validity

Tickets purchased through the Platform are valid only for the specific event for which they were issued and cannot be used for any other event. Each Ticket is a unique digital token that is tied to your account and device.

4.2 Pricing and Fees

All ticket prices are set by Event Organizers. DeFy Tickets charges service fees that are clearly displayed during the checkout process. All prices and fees are in the currency specified and include applicable taxes.

4.3 Payment Processing

We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment processors. We do not store your full payment information on our servers.

4.4 Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policies are set by Event Organizers and are displayed at the time of purchase. If an event is canceled by the Event Organizer, refunds will be processed according to the Event Organizer's policy. DeFy Tickets service fees may or may not be refundable, as specified at the time of purchase.

5.1 Authorized Resale

Tickets may only be resold through the Platform's official resale marketplace, subject to the restrictions set by the Event Organizer. Tickets cannot be resold for more than their original purchase price.

5.2 Ticket Transfers

You may transfer tickets to other registered users of the Platform, subject to any restrictions set by the Event Organizer. All transfers must be completed through the Platform.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Selling or attempting to sell tickets outside the Platform
• Using automated systems or bots to purchase tickets
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent ticket purchase limits
• Selling or transferring tickets for promotional purposes without authorization
